Central IT in large city needed to manage and monitor
Exchange, BlackBerry and VoIP (Cisco)
Business Problem
This large city was in the
process of evaluating Cisco's Unity and App manager
products. Without a Central IT department they needed
to also monitor various Exchange servers, without having to
place agents on them.
Solution
Install our HyperAgent™on
server that was on the same network as Exchange servers and
remotely monitor the entire application. Since
BlackBerry and VoIP were tied to Exchange, we wrote the
modules to allow them all to be managed centrally.
Benefits
User was able to manage and
monitor Exchange servers from a central location without any
software being loaded on the servers, all in real-time.
