Overview of our solution

 

Our tool allows for enterprise, web based management and reporting of any Multi-Functional Device.  Using our HyperAgent™ technology, you can now use the most advanced tool for systems management and have a real-time enterprise view of every printer, copier, or MFD, that is attached to the network.  The only limitation is how much data is available from your devices.

 

Some key features

• Simple and friendly web based user interface.
• Enterprise wide view of all MFD’s and printers, regardless of the vendor.
• Proactive, real-time printer, copier and MFD Monitoring and Intelligent Alerting – real-time notification of any device condition (paper out, toner low, jams, errors, etc.) via e-mail, cell phone, pager, or directly into your trouble ticket system.
• Data Collection – Data (meter reads, toner levels, user, print logs, etc.) is collected every five minutes and stored historically and can be exported.
• Reporting – Web based and can be viewed via any WAP enabled cell phone or device.  Data is presented by machine, group, department or enterprise. 
• Asset Discovery, Management and Reporting
• Real-time management of parts and supplies
• Real-time service history of all devices under contract
• Compatible with any SNMP Common MIB-compliant printer, copier or MFD

Our solution is available as either a stand-alone product or we can manage it for you, internally (at customer’s location) or externally (from our data center).
