New Centurion for Asset Discovery

We now have the ability to discover every asset on a network.  This includes hardware, software, network devices, printers, copiers or any IP device.  This is all done without agents and the data is reported via a web page.  This solution is excellent for software metering, license compliance and tracking.

Using our HyperAgent™ technology, we have created a module for Asset Discovery that provides the following:

Discovery

You will be able to discover the following items on the network, that can be seen:

• Hardware – Desktops and Laptops

• Sample of the data to be captured – IP address, user, make (in some cases), model, installed memory, disk space (available and allocated), operating system, OS and release level, processor and processor speed

• Software – All software that is installed on the above hardware

• Sample of the data to be captured – Software title, installed date, and last used

• Network Infrastructure – Routers, Switches, IP Telephones and any IP device

• Date captured – Vendor and model

Monitoring

You will be able to monitor all adds, changes, deletes and moves, as often as you desire

Asset History

A historical record of each item discovered will be maintained

Data Transfer

The solution provides a flat file for importing purposes
