The Strategic Teaming Alliance Committee has been created to provide HMBC members with a workflow diagram and corresponding narratives that guide MBEs and Corporate Partners in forming successful strategic alliances of all types. Such alliances should possess the capability of functioning in every business environment and offer a model for others to emulate successfully. MBEs and Corporate mentors are provided to further assist MBEs in building successful relationships and business competence necessary to facilitate the award of strategic contracts.
